Shipping Policy

All Sales Are Final

Standard shipping on local and domestic orders — please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Unless specified, pre-order items may take 6–8 weeks for dispatch. Many of our products are made to order, and we do our best to stay eco-friendly by not wasting fabric that isn't needed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing USPS tracking information.

International orders are shipped within 2 weeks and take up to 12 business days following order processing for delivery through local post. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing USPS tracking information.

We are not responsible for packages once they are picked up by our shipping carrier. That responsibility is between the shipping carrier (USPS) and the customer. For claims or delivery issues, please contact your local USPS customer service provider. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it's scheduled to arrive.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when ordering, including the correct apartment number if applicable. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. Items stuck in transit are out of our control and need to be resolved with the shipping provider (USPS).

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS for any reason, it will be refunded and restocked. We do not reship items.

Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.

Am I Able to Cancel My Order?
Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email with corresponding tracking information.

Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless there is an error due to the shipper. Due to the limited nature of our product, we are unable to process exchanges for incorrect sizes, so please check our sizing chart before ordering.

Return Policy
No returns or exchanges — all sales are final.
