Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Irregular Items
If your order arrives damaged or irregular, please contact nvrnau@gmail.com and we will find a remedy for you.

Incorrect Sizing
Due to the limited nature of our product, we are unable to process exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please check our sizing chart on each product page before ordering.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it, including changes to size, items, or shipping address.

Orders Returned to Us
If your order is returned to our facility by the shipping carrier for any reason, it will be refunded and restocked. We do not reship items.
