When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify a card, place an order, or arrange a delivery or return, we imply that you consent to us collecting and using it for that specific reason. If we ask for information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask directly for your consent or give you an opportunity to opt out.

Section 4 — Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and application, on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your card data, encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase, then deleted. Section 5 — Third-Party Services
Third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform their services for us. Certain providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them. Some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you or us, meaning your information may become subject to that jurisdiction's laws. Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
